Will it tangle or eat my hair?
Tangling happens when too much hair goes in. The barrel is built to avoid tangling. Use sections about one finger wide, brushed and dry, and hold the tool still. If hair ever catches, press the opposite-direction button once and it unwinds.
Will I burn myself?
The heated barrel sits inside a cover, so it stays away from your neck and fingers. It's still a hot tool, so keep it away from your scalp and face.
How long do curls last?
