We stand behind every Pillar product with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not seeing the difference, send it back — even if the bottle is empty.

Our 90-Day Guarantee

Use Pillar daily for up to 90 days from the date of delivery. If you don't see visible improvement in your neck's firmness, texture, or smoothness, you're entitled to a full refund of your purchase price.

  • No restocking fee
  • No need to return the product

How to Request a Refund

within 90 days of your delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A brief note about your experience (this helps us improve, not to challenge your refund)

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What's Covered

This guarantee applies to all Pillar Neck Cream purchases — single tubes, 2-packs, and 3-packs — purchased directly through pillar-skin.com.

If your bundle included free gifts (such as a gua sha tool or travel-size product), those gifts are yours to keep. We won't ask you to return them.

What's Not Covered

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers (we can only refund direct purchases from pillar-skin.com)
  • Refund requests submitted more than 90 days after delivery
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or use inconsistent with the product instructions

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pillarwellness.store

. We'll replace the item at no cost to you. No need to return the damaged product.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped (typically within 24 hours of purchase), we're unable to cancel — but you're still fully covered by the 90-day guarantee from the date of delivery.
